The team at CPDSO have really stepped up during the COVID Crisis. Every week there were updates with the latest information and invites to online skills sessions. This level and quality of support created a feeling of community during a time when it was easy to feel isolated and anxious. This is the biggest scam going
This is the biggest scam going. Being on a CPD journey myself, I thought it would be worth becoming CPD accredited. This company locks you into a 2 year contract, offers absolutely zero support. They only call you when they want your money. I am writing this review after having just received another renewal invoice after specifically telling them last year I wished to cancel. So they have had one years notice! Watch this space as I fight for a credit note against this invoice!

Terrible interaction with this company in terms of how they treat those interested in getting accredited with them.
If their initial interaction is any indication of future interaction, it leaves MUCH to be desired.

Road Skills Online Ltd The journey to CPD SO accreditation for
The journey to CPD SO accreditation for our Road Skills Online professional development plan e-Learning for commercial vehicle drivers was calm and unhurried.
We first contacted CPD SO in mid 2019, introduced by a colleague in another business.
Director of Sales at CPD SO patiently supported us through research into the general subject of attaining CPD accreditation. Very helpful documents about CPD generally and CPD SO in particular were provided.
There were several in depth conversations about the process and the benefit.
When we decided to apply the support for completing the application was very good and readily available. Every question was dealt with positively.
When the great day arrived in August 2020 we were all genuinely beaming with delight at our result. Since then we have been supported very well to ensure our listing is fully complete. Thank you to all the team at CPD SO.
